The new venue will have a capacity of 12,500 people standing for concerts and other large-scale events, making it a prime location for hosting significant cultural and entertainment attractions.
The site will offer parking for 1,200 cars, including 150 electric vehicle charging points, ensuring accessibility and future-proofing the facility for the growing demand for sustainable transportation options.
